Additional person in any villa is $50 per night. Crib charge $10 per night. Service charge 10% & Government Tax 7%.
All rates subject to change.
Deposit Policy: $300 is due upon booking a 1br villa. A 20% deposit is due upon booking all other villas. Payment in full is required upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: From Nov.1st to Dec.14th, 90 days cancellation notice required. From Dec.15 to March 31st, there is no refund on total stay. From April 1st to October 31st, 45 days cancellation notice required.
