Condominium Deposit: 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 14 days of verbal booking. Balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival or Oct. 15 for Holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy: $ 100.00 per unit will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the total vacation cost. Full or partial adjustment of the cancellation fee is subject to the estimated loss of rents, if any, which is determined solely by the General Manage of East West Resorts
