Condominium Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
RENTALS:
Based on per night rate with a three (3) night minimum; seven (7) night
at Christmas.
PAYMENT:
High & Low Season: One (1) night NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit due within 10 days of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival date.
Christmas: Two (2) night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 10 days of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RENTAL. Payments made less than 30 days (45 days at Christmas) prior to arrival will only be accepted if sent by OVERNIGHT delivery service in the form of a CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
Reservations not paid within this schedule are subject to cancellation without notice.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refund is made on cancellations less than 14 days (at Christmas less
than 30 days) prior to arrival date. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
as required above applies to ALL cancellations.
