Condominium Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Advance Payment Required Reservations
Most locations require a minimum advance payment of $50 per unit (maximum of $2,500) at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. An advance payment is not a damage deposit. A damage deposit may be required at some locations and during spring break. (See Damage Deposit Requirement)
Form of payment: Advance payment should be made with a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) with the exception of monthly reservations, full prepayment required reservations, certain locations, group bookings and major holidays.
Cancellation/Changes- Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check in date will forfeit a minimum charge of $25 per unit. Cancellations that are made within fourteen (14) days of the check in date forfeit the entire advance payment. Changes that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check in date will not be penalized. Changes made within fourteen (14) days of the check in date that result in a shortened stay, change of dates, change of location or unit may result in loss of entire advance payment.

Age Requirements

Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
 

Check-In Time
Check-In Time is after 3pm, and Check-Out Time is 10am. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check in at 3pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3-5pm.
 

Minimum night stay
Properties Require A 3-Night Minimum Stay - Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged a rate greater than the normal 3-night rate. The maximum increase is $150 daily; most are $20 to $40 daily.

Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests per apartment is limited at most properties to four (4) persons in a one bedroom, six (6) persons in a two bedroom and eight (8) persons in a three bedroom.

Parking
Many rental properties prohibit the on-site parking of recreational vehicles, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.) and/or restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit. Ask your reservation agent to inform you of a property's parking regulations prior to making your reservation.

Pet Policy
Pets are NOT permitted in rental units under any conditions. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
