Reservations and Deposits– Reservations are accepted with a valid credit card as a guarantee of deposit. A reservation deposit is required (and automatically charged) within 7 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date for holiday periods.

Confirmation Documents– Confirmation documents are normally mailed 21 days prior to departure. These documents will not be released until full payment and the requested signed documentation is received. Documents delayed due to late payment or non-receipt of required documents may require overnight shipment billed to recipient.

Prices and Accommodation Substitution– All prices, amenities and services reflect current rates in effect and are subject to change without notice. Reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations, or services, and to make adjustments in prices if it is discovered that a particular price was shown or quoted incorrectly. Every effort will be made to provide services or accommodations of equal standard and quality for your safety, convenience and enjoyment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Age Requirements- Most hotels have a minimum age requirement of 21, and vary from hotel to hotel. You must be a minimum age of 21 to rent and occupy a villa.

Cancellations and Refunds

Villa and Select Property Cancellations: Villa and select property reservation payments are non-refundable, non-transferable unless able to rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You may reschedule 30 days or more prior to arrival date with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee. Holiday surcharge applies.

Resort and Services Change and Cancellation (not valid for Holiday Travel 12/16-1/6): Once deposit is received, a fee of $25/person will be charged for name changes or changes in travel arrangements. Within 30 days of travel a $50 fee per person fee applies to changes and within 14 days of travel a $100 fee per person applies to changes.

A $100/person cancellation fee applies once deposit or full payment is received. Cancellations made within 15 to 30 days prior to your arrival date will be charged $200/person. All cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable. In addition to these penalties, properties and suppliers may charge an additional fee for changes or cancellations made after final payment is received or within 30 days of arrival date.

Holiday Reservation & Cancellations for Resort Stays and Services: Reservations made for bookings traveling 12/16 – 1/6 are subject to a high season holiday surcharge. A $200 per person cancellation fee applies once deposit or full payment is received for bookings traveling Christmas: 12/16 – 01/6. Cancellations made 60-30 days prior to arrival will be charged $300 per person. All cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non refundable. Various hotels and select properties have special cancellation, change, minimum nights and refund policies for stays during holiday periods. These holiday policies will be described at time of booking.

Refunds: Any unused portion of your stay is non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days of cancellation. For changes and cancellations prior to arrival will remit your refund less the following: Supplier charges for change or cancellation (Supplier charges vary and may be significant).

Cancellation and Change Waiver- For a Waiver fee of $49 per adult (18 years or older), you may change or cancel any part of your booking up to the day of arrival without paying the normally assessed change and cancellation charges (accompanying children are free). The Waiver does not cover Villa or select accommodations and is not available for Holiday reservations 12/16 – 1/6. The Waiver must be purchased at time of booking. The waiver covers hotel and select property accommodations, tours, activities, special services and ground transportation purchased prior to departure, provided cancellation is received within 24 hours of scheduled use. Changes in occupancy for shared accommodations are not covered by the Waiver. No-shows are not covered by the waiver. The Waiver is non-refundable. The Waiver is not insurance.
